Home emergency cover
We thought you might like us to save you all the hassle if your central heating stops working, you have a burst pipe, your drains get blocked or a storm damages your home. So we are offering home emergency insurance cover that will give you peace of mind if the worst should happen.
One call to us on our 24/7 Home Emergency line provides up to £500 for call-out charges, parts, labour and materials.
Legal expenses cover
Just in case you ever have to pursue a civil action such as a property dispute, employment dispute or contract dispute, we give you the option of including cover for legal expenses of up to £100,000. You can also use this cover to speak to our panel of solicitors (available 24/7) and obtain personal legal advice.
Lost keys cover
We also know how much trouble losing your keys can cause. So you can choose to have up to £1,500 cover for locksmiths charges, new locks & keys, car hire and onward transport costs following the loss of your keys. Any key attached to the fob is covered including home keys, office keys and car keys).
There is also a 24 hour Emergency Helpline available 365 days a year.
Before you buy this cover though, please be aware that if you buy homeprotect contents cover, or if you buy our optional home emergency cover then you will already have up to £500 of cover for replacement locks.

remoteprotect is an ingenious SMS controlled device that gives you the ability to control power in your home remotely from anywhere in the world.
remoteprotect can monitor, alert and control the essentials at home when you’re not there. So, for example, if the temperature in your home reaches a certain preset high/low, remoteprotect can turn the connected device on or off to control the temperature.
