Cashback Terms and Conditions (Renewal offer)

  1. The Promoter is Avantia Insurance Limited (trading as HomeProtect), CI Tower, St George's Square, New Malden KT3 4HG (“HomeProtect”). 
  2. You must be a renewing customer.
  3. By taking part in the Promotion you agree to your personal data to be processed in accordance with the HomeProtect Privacy Policy https://www.homeprotect.co.uk/security-privacy 
  4. To be eligible for entry you must be a resident in the UK and be 18 years or over.
  5. You must have clicked the promotional link in the email and waited for the confirmation page to be displayed before your renewal date. For the avoidance of doubt, customers who click on the link after their renewal date will not meet the terms of the offer and will not receive cashback. This promotion is not currently available through our call centre.
  6. If you are an employee of HomeProtect or GoBeyond you cannot enter this promotion.
  7. To enter the promotion, you must follow the instructions on our website, HomeProtect.co.uk, including entering your details where requested. You must enter a valid promotional code online at the time of purchase.
  8. Cashback is not transferable. HomeProtect reserves the right at any time to substitute an alternative reward of similar or greater value. 
  9. To qualify for cashback your policy must be live for 60 days after the start date of your policy. Cashback will be paid directly into your bank account between 60-90 days after purchase. If you cancel your policy during this period cashback will not be paid.
  10. Any third party terms and conditions relating to the reward are beyond the control of HomeProtect.
  11. HomeProtect cannot accept responsibility for entries lost or delayed in transmission. Under no circumstances will HomeProtect be liable (unless such liability cannot be lawfully excluded) for any losses, damages, costs or expenses arising from or in any way connected with any errors, defects, interruptions, malfunctions or delays in the Incentive Promotion or any reward connected with the Incentive Promotion and it excludes liability, to the fullest extent permitted by law for any loss or damage caused to the winner/s and/or companion/s arising out of these rewards.
  12. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and England and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
  13. Only one cashback payment will be awarded per UK address in a twelve month period.
  14. All appropriate payments due to us in respect of the relevant policy must be up to date and received by us, and any Direct Debit arrangements must be supported by a valid Direct Debit Instruction. If the cashback is sent and the policy cancelled within 12 months of inception HomeProtect has the right to deduct or charge up to the full amount of cashback, in addition to any administration fees which may apply.
  15. If you pay by monthly instalments and in the event that the cashback payment exceeds any refund due then HomeProtect reserves the right to seek payment from you to cover the cost of the cashback.
  16. Fraudulent Transactions: HomeProtect reserve the right to cancel policies and withdraw cashback should there be a basis for suspicion of fraud or suspect the terms of the offer are being abused.
  17. This offer is not available to be used in conjunction with any other offer and this offer may be withdrawn at anytime.
