You can cancel your policy by contacting our Customer Services team. You will need to confirm the date you would like your policy cancelled from.

If you cancel during the ‘cooling-off’ period, which is within 14 days of the date you purchased the policy or received your policy documents (whichever is later), we will provide a full refund.

If you’re cancelling your policy after the 14-day ‘cooling-off’ period, your refund will not include any arrangement fee paid for the setup of your policy or the cost of additional options added to your policy (e.g. legal expenses, home emergency, key protection).
