    However, once I got through to a representative on the phone, the experience improved dramatically. The customer service rep was pleasant and helpful, taking the time to answer my questions and guide me through the process. Everything was straightforward and clear once we were speaking directly, and I was able to complete my policy without any further issues. Overall, while the website could use improvement, the customer service team made up for it with their professionalism and efficiently.
