  The online quote process was very simple and I used their online chat facility to clarify a query I had - no waiting: 15 seconds before someone responded!
  I had to make a phone call at the end to clarify a couple of points but again a very quick response. The agent was extremely helpful and we set up my insurance there and then. Great service, thank you.
