  Removing one star due to confusion with the voluntary excess. It was quoted at 250 for buildings and 150 for contents, and when buying the confirmation page … More said 1,000 each. Took a few phone calls to figure out that it was due to renovations in the house. Once they are done, premium goes to those levels, apparently, although that's nowhere in the paperwork.
